All the three Pakistani cricketers were sentenced to jail for their involvement in a match fixing scandal. While butt was sentenced for two and a half years, the other two were sentenced for one year nad six months respectively.

8. Makahaya Ntini (South Africa)
In 1999, the South African Pacer, Makhaya Ntini was sentenced to Jail for 6 years for reportedly alleged in a teenager’s rape incident. He faced some days in jail before his lawyer appealed over it and eventually brought Ntini out.
