A case has been registered against eight members of the film industry, including Karan Johar, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Salman Khan, and Ekta Kapoor in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case in a court in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
The complaint alleges that Sushant was removed from 7 films and this compelled him to take the drastic step.
According to a report in TimesNow.com Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha has filed a complaint against the filmmakers under Sections 306, 109, 504 & 506 of IPC in connection with SSR’s death in a court in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur. Speaking to ANI, Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha said, “In the complaint, I have alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was removed from around seven films and some of his films were not released. Such a situation was created which forced him to take the extreme step.”
Ekta Kapoor reacts to criminal complaint against her
Now, Ekta Kapoor who launched Sushant Singh Rajput in television in 2008, has reacted strongly to a criminal complaint filed against her.
Taking to her Instagram account, Ekta shared a news of the case filed against her and wrote, “Thank you for the case for not casting Sushi.. when actually I launched him. I’m beyond upset at how convoluted theories can be. Please let family and friends mourn in peace! Truth shall prevail. Cannot believe this.”
