After nine years, Salman Khan’s show ‘Dus Ka Dum’ is back. The show is back with the third season and premieres  tonight on Sony at 8:30 pm.

The game reality show which was launched in 2008 and successfully aired the second season in the following year is helmed by Big Synergy, the makers of Kaun Banega Crorepati.

Salman Khan shares the new promo of the show and captioned it as “Aa raha hu wapas 9 saal baad @SonyTV par Dus Ka Dum lekar. Don’t forget to watch #DusKaDumTonight at 8:30 PM.”

The channel also release the video and wrote, “Pahunch gaye hai contestants Abhishek aur Shami khelane @BeingSalmanKhan ke saath yeh dilchasp anumaan ka khel! Toh ho jaayie taiyaar kyunki aaj raat shuru ho raha hai yeh dumdar khel! Watch #DusKaDumTonight at 8:30 PM”

Well, here’s all you need to know about the show.

This year, there would also be common people participating in the series, along with television and Bollywood actors coming in time and again.

The show has already registered a whopping 1.5 million people, who will be taking part in its survey on the SonyLIV app.

The first round will be called ‘5 Ka Punch’ which is a knockout round will have two participants. The players who answers at least 3 questions out of 5 will move to next round, while the other contestants will knock out.

Each question in this round is worth Rs. 20,000 and the contestants will get 15 seconds to lock the estimated percentage on their respective screens.

The second round is called ‘10 Guna Dum’ where the participants can multiply their earnings from two to ten times, depending on their right answers. The contestant has to set an estimate window on the ‘India Meter’ instead of an absolute percentage number.

The last round is called ‘Super Sawaal’. In this round, the correct answer gives the contestant 10 times the amount earned in the second round. But, if the contestant will give wrong answer, it will leave the contestant with only 10% of the amount won in the second round.
