Just yesterday, a picture surfaced online, which everyone thought to be the first look of Big B from his upcoming film ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’.
The picture of an old man, looking exactly similar to the veteran star and wearing spectacles, a suit and a pagadi made us believe that it was his first look from the film. Interestingly, the picture made the rounds of the internet soon after the news of Amitabh Bachchan’s poor health condition surfaced.
However, let us tell you that the reports are not true and it is not the actor’s look from the film.
In fact, it is a portrait shot of an Afghani refugee named Shabuz. Renowned photographer Steve McCurry had taken this picture in January 2017 and you can find the picture on his Instagram page. After posting this image last year, he had even captioned it as, “I made this portrait of Shabuz, age 68, an Afghan refugee in Pakistan. Many Afghans use only one name.”

So, now it is clear that this is not Amitabh Bachchan’s look from ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’.
Meanwhile, the actor is currently busy in the shooting of the film in Jodhpur. The veteran actor fell ill yesterday on the sets after completing his overnight shoot of the film.
According to reports, a team of doctors from Mumbai have been flown to Jodhpur for check-up and monitoring of his health. But now the actor is stable and resumed to shoot.
Apart from Thugs Of Hindostan, Big B’s 102 Not Out with Rishi Kapoor is scheduled to release in May.
