Dipika Kakar, who became a household name after playing Simar on Colors’ long-running show “Sasural Simar Ka” has finally decided to leave her Sasural.
The actress who has been part of ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ (‘SSK’) since its inception in 2011, is quitting the show for good.

It is being said that after a lot of thought and deliberation, the actress will be exiting the show soon. In fact, she had put down her papers a while ago and is currently serving her notice period, which ends in mid-February.
She had resigned in 2014 too, but had a change of heart at the last moment. Informs a source, “This time, it is final. Dipika wants to take some time off to concentrate on her personal life.”
Dipika is currently in a relationship with the initial Prem of the show, actor Shoaib Ibrahim.
