A new song from the Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez-starrer “A Gentleman” titled ‘Chandralekha‘ — was recently launched on 3 August and it makes for a refreshing listen, although it bears some of the hallmarks of a Dharma song.
Jacqueline Fernandez earlier teased her followers on social media by posting a sneak peek of the song a few days ago and nowthe full song was released. ‘Chandralekha’ is a peppy track that will set your mood right.
‘Chandralekha‘ is filmed on Malhotra and Fernandez at a karaoke party where the former takes on the mic and sets the ball rolling. What unfolds next is a lot of jazz movements that give the old Shammi Kapoor vibes, along with contemporary dance styles. While Sidharth mesmerises with his swag, Jacqueline stuns him with a pole dance.

Jacqueline undoubtedly steals the limelight away from Sidharth. Chandralekha is sung by Vishal Dadlani and Jonita Gandhi while the music courtesy goes to Sachin-Jigar.
The trailer of “A Gentleman” was out a couple of weeks ago and it’s fetched a decent response from viewers. From Disco Disco to Baat Bann Jaye, all the songs that have come out so far are all upbeat party numbers.
“A Gentleman” will see Malhotra in a double role for the first time, with Fernandez cast opposite him. The film has been directed by Krishna DK and Raj Nidimoru and is slated to hit theatres on 25 August, 2017.
