Jai Mummy Di Review

Story of the movie:

The story of the film revolves around Puneet (Sunny Singh) and Saanjh (Sonnalli Seygall) who are madly in love with each other. However, their mothers, who’re childhood buddies and neighbours can’t stand each other. When the youngsters realise they cannot live without each other, they try to plan something and confess their love to the mothers but face some obstacles for it. Then they decide to opt for a court marriage but don’t do it. They decide to get married as per their family’s wish but still love each other. Will they go against the wishes of their mothers? For this, you have to watch the film.

Star Performance:

Sunny Singh was not so good in his role. Sonnalli Seygall does not quite manage to get into the skin of her character. Pathak, predictably, makes the most of things. But Dhillon, whom we see on screen after a long gap, deserved better.

Music Direction:

The film’s music is good. Songs Mummy Nu Pasand and Lambhorgini that work the most.

Direction:

The film’s direction is okay. The story, not even for a single minute, attempts to make any sense whatsoever. The screenplay of the film could be even better.
