Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter starrer ‘Dhadak’ is one of the most awaited films of the year. The film marks the Bollywood debut of late actor Sridevi’s elder daughter Janhvi. Well, the trailer has already created a lot of buzz among the audience including the Mumbai Police.
Yes, if reports are to be believed, Mumbai Police used a dialogue from the film to convey a road safety message to travelers.
In the trailer, there’s a dialogue in the film, where Janhvi is seen asking Ishaan for ignoring her and says, “Kya naatak kar raha hai, mujhe dekh kyu nahin raha”.
The Mumbai Police’s Twitter page used this scene and dialogue to make a meme to alert the citizens about the importance of traffic signal. The Mumbai Police edited Janhvi’s face with a traffic light and shared this meme on their Twitter page.

Dhadak is an official remake of the hit-Marathi movie Sairat directed by Nagraj Manjule.
The film is directed by Humpty Sharma KI Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania director Shashank Khaitan and bankrolled by Dharma Productions.
The film is slated to hit theatres on July 20.
