Actress turned politician Jaya Bachchan along with a group of politicians gathered in Delhi to protest the accident of Unnao rape survivor.
In the road accident, the Unnao rape survivor and her lawyer were critically injured, and killed two of her relatives.
BJP lawmaker Kuldeep Sengar from Uttar Pradesh has been alleged of orchestrating the accident after he was accused of raping the teenager in 2017.
Jaya Bachchan receives backlash for laughing
Jaya Bachchan, who is also a part of Samajwadi Party, was among those protesting against the serious issue. The politicians had gathered in front of Mahatma Gandhi’s statue at the premises of the Parliament and pictures and videos from the protest surfaced on the Internet recently.
In the pictures, Jaya was seen smiling and laughing along with other politicians as she protested for justice in this serious issue.
This didn’t goes well down with neitizens and they starts trolling the actress for the same.
