Few weeks ago, late actress Sridevi won the best actress award at the 65th National Film Awards. Late actress Sridevi’s husband Boney was there with his two daughters Jahnvi and Khushi to receive the Best Actress award for Mom on her behalf.
Janhvi looks beautiful in a saree while her little sister was dressed in a pattu-pavda. The trio together accepted her award from the President Ram Nath Kovind.
While, talking to media, Boney Kapoor gets emotional. However, Jhanvi spoke to the media for the first time ever. It was for the first time that we even heard her voice.
When she was asked to comment on Sridevi’s National Award win, she was supremely proud of her mother’s achievement and said, “I think both of us (Khushi and I) would like to thank the jury for recognizing the hard work, perseverance and dedication that my mother has put into this role. It was very special to her and we are very happy that she is being appreciated for it.”
