The Income Tax officials raided the houses and offices of popular Kannada stars Puneeth Rajkumar and Shiva Rajkumar, Kichcha Sudeep and Yash, among others on Thursday in Bengaluru.
Cars, houses, offices, documents, cash, gold and every belonging of the actors have been seized for the verification.
KGF actor Yash on Income Tax raid
According to reports, the raid took place because of the accumulation of black money in the Kannada film industry.
KGF actor Yash immediately rushed to Bengaluru after knowing about the raid. As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, he said, “I’m not afraid as I haven’t done anything wrong. We should allow IT officials to do their duty and not speculate anything.”
