Today is the death anniversary of Reliance Industries’ founder Dhirubhai Ambani. On this occasion, we are going to tell you about his dear grandson, Anant Ambani. It is said that Anant is the most loved kid of Ambani family.
Anant Ambani is the younger son of Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani and his wife Neeta Ambani. He is pursuing his studies from a reputed education center in the US. Acquiring a bit of skill set to take care of his father’s mammoth business empire whenever needed in future. He is currently a junior at Brown University in the US.
Anant recently come into headline for his recent drastic transformation. Everyone was stunned when Anant appeared in his new avatar after losing 108 Kgs of weight in just 18 months. Honestly, before his transformation, he was only known as the obese son of India’s richest man but with his tremendous weight loss, Anant Ambani instantly became an inspiration for thousands.
It’s easy for people to think that Anant, being the son of India’s richest man, might have undergone surgery to shed the extra kilos. But the truth is a contrast. Anant was determined to lose the weight in the most natural and safest way possible. And it feels proud to say that he has emerged victorious.
Trainer to stars like John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Sohail Khan to name a few, Vinod Channa has been a celebrity fitness trainer for over 20 years. But it was with Ambani Jr’s transformation that Vinod’s hard work came into the spotlight.
Vinod Chanana his trainer says “I am very proud to say that yes I have trained Anant Ambani, and it is his hard work and determination which is very much visible now. About rumours, I want to say one thing that Anant is diabetic and asthmatic as well and to do a surgery in his condition was not at all possible rather it was quite risky. With people like Anant who have restricted body movements because of their weight we generally increase the timings for exercise. Whatever weight he has shed is through regular workouts and diet.”

“Anant Ambani’s body transformation was a team work. This is not only done by me but it was effort of Anant and Dr. Andre Chimone as well. In my 22 years of career, I have never seen a person with so much dedication,” said Channa.
As he was determined to lose weight in the most natural and safest way possible, so he followed a strict diet and exercised for five-six hours every day. His daily exercise regimen included a 21-km walk, followed by yoga, weight training, functional training and high-intensity cardio exercises. He stuck to a zero-sugar, low-carb diet along with adequate fat and protein.
His mother Neeta Ambani is most pleased about her son’s accomplishment. Having had seen him through this journey, working hard and sweating it out daily for more than 500 days, she is floored by her son’s dedication to his own health. The determination and will power that he has shown in fighting and conquering the most daunting challenge is an inspiration for all.
It is said that Anant believing in worship and has been seen in temple on many occasions. A few days ago Anant went to the Somnath temple. The temple priest and everyone was surprised to see them.
