Bollywood actor Shushant Singh Rajput committed suicide on June 14 at his Bandra residence in Mumbai. The actor hanged himself in his home.
The death of the actor comes as a shock to everyone across the country. The actor’s last rites performed at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Vile Parle in Mumbai.
The investigation into the death of Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput has intensified with the cops reaching out to the late actors’ close friends and recording their statements.
Mumbai Police seizes CCTV footage
According to latest reports, the Mumbai Police has seized the recording of the CCTV cameras in actor’s building. Police had found out that no CCTV camera was installed in the late actor’s house.
Furthermore, the police are also waiting for forensic reports. On Monday, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali was summoned by the Police for questioning in the inquiry. Bhansali’s statement was recorded over three hours at Bandra Police Station, during which time the filmmaker was accompanied by his lawyer.
