Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta has recently breaking the headlines as she recently accused Bollywood actor Nana Patekar of assaulting her. She had accused an actor for misbehaving with her during the shoot of a special song in Horn OK Please.
While, many have comes out in support of Tanushree. While, she has earned support from actors like Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Twinkle Khanna among others.
Well now, on Monday, Nana’s lawyer Rajendra Shirodhkar said that a legal notice has been sent to the actress, claiming that all her accusations of sexual harassment against the veteran actor are false.
According to a report in Firstpost, Shirodkar, said, “A legal notice has already been sent to her and she will receive it today. The notice that I have sent is a standard one — denying allegations and asking for an apology.”
When the lawyer was told about journalist Janice Sequeira, assistant director Shyni Shetty, and actor Daisy Shah’s comments on the same, he reportedly stated that the veteran actor will soon hold a press conference.
“I have absolutely no idea why she (Tanushree) is talking about it now but she may be have some reasons to do it. Nana will come to town (Mumbai) today or tomorrow and address a press conference. Let him come back and talk, that is the best way to know. Tomorrow he should be definitely here.” added Shirodkar.
Earlier, speaking to Mirror Now, Nana denied all the allegations. He said, “What does she mean by sexual harassment? There were 50-100 people on set with. Whatever people want to say, they can say. But I will continue doing my work.”
Not only Nana, but Tanushree has also accused director Vivek Agnihotri of inappropriate behaviour while shooting for Chocolate: Deep Dark Secrets adding that Irrfan Khan and Suniel Shetty stood up for her.
