Bollywood actor Tanushree Dutta, has recently accused actor Nana Patekar of sexually harassing her on a film set in 2008.
Well now, the actress files a police complaint against Nana Patekar choreographer Ganesh Acharya, director Rakesh Sarang, producer Samee Siddiqui at Oshiwara police station on Wednesday.
Well, the actress was spotted wearing a Burqa to hide herself from the media. But, people recognize her and she gets clicked in the camera.
[ecp code=”4″]In a letter, Dutta said that she lodged her complaint for the registration of FIR under Sections 354, 354 (A), Section 34 and Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
In her two-page complaint, she accused Patekar of inappropriate behaviour while shooting a song during the filming of the film ‘Horn OK Pleassss’ at Filmistan Studios in Goregaon west in March 2008.
Speaking about the details of the statement, Tanushree’s lawyer Satpute said, “The statement of Tanushree Dutta has been recorded in English so that she can understand the language. They were writing the statement in Marathi. However, we requested them to write it in English so that what happened 10 years ago would not happen again.”
Till now, famous celebrities like Alok Nath, Chetan Bhagat, Vikas Bahl, Rajat Kapoor, Aditi Mittal, Kailash Kher, Rohit Roy are accused of sexual offenders.
