The new track from Sonakshi Sinha starrer ‘Noor’ is out and is already ruling the internet. Titled as ‘Gulabi Retro Mix’, the party number is a remix of Mohammed Rafi’s hit song from ‘The Train’.
Tanishk Bagchi has composed the music and Sonu Nigam has crooned the song.
Incidentally, Sonu began his singing career with covers of Rafi, Kishore Kumar and Mukesh songs.
The new song has the same video as Gulabi 2.0 – another song from the film which only uses the first two lines from the hit number from the yesteryears. But, the audio is refreshingly charming, unlike the peppy club number that was initially released. The song is a tribute to the iconic singer Mohammed Rafi and this new version sounds great.

This peppy number also features other characters from the film including Purab Kohli. In the film, Sonakshi will be seen playing the role of a journalist, and the film is an adaptation of a Pakistani novel titled Karachi, You’re Killing Me! by Saba Imtiaz.
Directed by Sunhil Sippy, the film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 21 April 2017.
