Padmaavat Row: Karni Sena blocked the Highways in Rajasthan!

The members of Rajput Karni Sena and other fringe groups have been leaving no stone unturned in protesting against the release of Bhansali’s magnum opus Padmaavat. Even after getting a U/A certificate from CBFC, the film is banned in few states.

And now again, Karni Sena members blocked the highway connecting Udaipur, Kota and Bhilwara with Chittorgarh to protest against the proposed screening of controversial movie “Padmaavat” from January 25.

According to reports, the highway stretch near Rithala Square in Chittorgarh is extremely crowded. Around 200 police personnel have been deputed in and around Chittorgarh to avert any untoward incident.
