Salman Khan’s FIRST LOOK as Sikander from ‘Race 3’ is out!

Bollywood actor Salman Khan who is currently wrapping up the last schedule of his upcoming film Race 3 has finally revealed his first look and character name from the film.

In the poster, we can see Salman wearing a black slim-fit shirt, pinstriped trousers and a black tie. He is sporting dark sunglasses and is holding a gun in his hand.

He took to Twitter to post: “Is hafte milata hoon #Race3 ki family se … mera naam hai Sikander. Selfless over selfish . #Race3ThisEid @tipsofficial @SKFilmsOfficial(sic).”

 

This is for the first time when Salman would be working in a Race film.

Helmed by Remo D’Souza, Race 3, the third instalment of the franchise will also stars Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem and Daisy Shah in pivotal roles.

The film will release on June 15, 2018.  The team is currently in Abu Dhabi for the final schedule.

Race 3 consist of an ensemble star cast including Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Saqib Saleem and Daisy Shah.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan is all set to enter the television space again. After Bigg Boss 11, the actor will now be seen ‘Dus Ka Dum’.

The show will soon launch on Sony Entertainment Television and the channel released the new teaser of the film.

In the new teaser, with the signature tune of Dus Ka Dum playing, Salman Khan invites viewers to play with him by downloading Sony Liv app. He says, “jab har cheez ke liye app hai, to aapke aur mere beech mein kyun gap hai.”

This year, there would also be common people participating in the series, along with television and Bollywood actors coming in time and again.

The game reality show was launched in 2008 and successfully aired the second season in the following year. It is helmed by Big Synergy, the makers of Kaun Banega Crorepati and airs on Sony TV.

The show, hosted by Salman Khan, has questions based on national surveys, and the contestants have to answer in percentage. The closest answer to the right choice wins the prize money, ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 10 crore.

Actor Narendra Jha who is known for his films like Raees, Haider, Kaabil and others passed away on March 14. He was 55.

According to reports, Narendra Jha passed away at his farmhouse in Wada this morning at about 5 AM. He suffered a massive heart attack. This was the third attack that he has had over the years.

The actor was in Wada with his wife Pankaja Thakur as he needed rest after suffering from a minor attack a few days ago. Narendra Jha’s medical treatment was going on in Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. Actor’s wife Pankaja, who is also the former CEO for Central Board of Film Certification, had taken a leave of four months, to be beside her husband and take care of him at their Wada farmhouse.

His family recently organised a prayer meet for the late actor at  ISKCON complex in Juhu. Plenty of celebrities, like Ashutosh Gowariker, Kay Kay Menon, Raza Murad and others were present there.

Jacqueline Fernandez pays tribute to Madhuri Dixit in ‘Ek Do Teen’ song from Baaghi 2, watch

After treating us with sensuous teaser of Ek Do Teen from Baaghi 2, now the makers of the film finally released the full song.

The song which features Jacqueline Fernandez and Prateik Babbar is the recreated version of Madhuri Dixit’s iconic number from the same name. The song is a tribute to Madhuri Dixit.

Jacqueline is looking gorgeous in her sensuous avatar. She will definitely make your screens on fire.

The song is choreographed by Saroj Khan, Ganesh Acharya and Ahmed Khan. The song is crooned by Shreya Ghosal and they have retained the original lyrics by Javed Akhtar.

Baaghi 2 is a sequel of 2015 blockbuster film Baaghi. The first part was directed by Sabbir Khan while for Baaghi 2, Ahmed Khan has stepped in. The film will also stars also star Prateik Babbar, Manoj Bajpayee and Randeep Hooda.

 The film is scheduled to release on March 30.

Irrfan Khan heads to London for NeuroEndocrine Tumour treatment!

Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan recently revealed that he is suffering from NeuroEndocrine Tumour. In his statement on Twitter, he also revealed that he is going out of the country to undergo treatment and hopes to return with new stories.

 It was earlier being said that the actor is leaving for the US for treatment, but latest reports suggest that he has headed to London on Sunday morning.

An Indian doctor in London, who has researched extensively on neuroendocrine tumour, will apparently be looking into Irrfan’s complete treatment.

The actor’s close friend was quoted saying, “The doctor has closely examined Irrfan’s case and has reassured both him and his family that there’s no immediate danger to his life and that his condition is completely curable. Irrfan and his wife have agreed to let this Indian doctor take charge of his treatment.”

Few days ago, the actor took to his Twitter to inform fans about his health condition post-diagnosis. In the tweet, the actor wrote, “The unexpected makes us grow, which is what the past few days have been about. Learning that I have been diagnosed with NeuroEndocrine Tumour as of now has admittedly been difficult, but the love and strength of those around me and that I found within me has brought me to a place of hope. The journey of this is taking me out of the country, and I request everyone to continue sending their wishes. As for the rumours that were floated NEURO is not always about the brain and googling is the easiest way to do research ? To those who waited for my words, I hope to be back with more stories to tell.”

The couple got engaged on March 18 in Isckon Temple, Juhu (Mumbai).

Daler Mehndi gets bail in the 2003 Human Trafficking case, says will appeal to a higher court!

Celebrated Singer Daler Mehndi who was sentenced to two years in prison after he was convicted in a 2003 human trafficking case gets a bail with a fine of Rs 10,000.

Daler Mehndi told a leading news agency that he would appeal to a higher court.”It has been 14 years since a case was lodged against my brother, who passed away last year. As of now, I have been granted bail, but we will appeal to a higher court,” he said.

Daler and his brother, Shamsher Singh, had been accused of illegally sending people abroad disguised as members of his troupe by charging hefty “passage money.”

It had been alleged that Mehndi brothers had taken two troupes in 1998 and 1999 during the course of which 10 persons were taken to the US as group members and were “dropped off” illegally. Daler, on a trip to the US in the company of an actress had allegedly “dropped off” three girls at San Francisco.

Both brothers took another troupe to the US in October 1999 in the company of some other actors during which three boys were “dropped off” at New Jersey.

Soon after, the Patiala Police registered a case against Daler and Shamsher on a complaint filed by one Bakshish Singh. At least 35 more complaints came up levelling charges of fraud against the two brothers.

The complaints had alleged that two brothers had taken “passage money” from them to help them migrate to the US “illegally”, but had failed to do so.

Patiala Police had even raided the offices of Daler Mehndi at Connaught Place in New Delhi and seized documents, including the case file of those who had paid the alleged “passage money” to Mehndi brothers.

In 2006, Patiala Police filed two discharge petitions stating Daler Mehndi to be innocent, but the court had upheld that the singer be prosecuted as there was “sufficient evidence against him on the judicial file and scope for further investigation”.
