Rapido driver abuses a women over extra charges

A shocking incident has came into light from Mumbai, when a techie woman Oshin Bhatt, alleged a Rapido driver for abusing and threatening her for attempting to overcharge for a ride.

Oshin mentioned that the ab driver has listed his car under ‘economy’  category which attracts more clients  and booking at lower fares than premium one. However, the driver asked for more charges once she booked the cab. Adding to the confusion, the vehicle she was provided with fell under the “Premium” category instead of “Economy.”

Economy rides are often less cost effective whereas premium cars involve Sedan, which costs more. When Ohshin refused to pay the extra amount, the situation escalated. The driver resorted to threats and verbal abuse, messaging her:


“Cancel kar do varna pel dunga khade khade (Cancel the ride or I will beat you up).” He further dared to say her “Bhikari ki aulad,  saste me chiye Paidal Ja”.

Rapido quickly responded to the compliant

Responding to the issue, Rapido issued an apology through its official handle, “Rapido cares”. The company acknowledged the complaint, stating:

“We fully understand the seriousness of this matter, and we deeply apologize for the captain’s unprofessional behavior. Kindly share the ride details via DM so that we can prioritize taking action against the captain and provide you with an update.”

A man from Haryana in attempt of creating a social media video in one of the Markets of Haryana faces backlash when he tried nuisance thing in public places. The man wore a br@  in the market and this incident highlights the growing trend of bizarre and often controversial content aimed at garnering viral fame.

The video is circulating online and the man was seen dressed in a bra and dancing in Panipat’s busy Insar Market. His actions drew sharp criticism from locals and shopkeepers, who accused him of behaving obscenely in front of women and families present in the area.

The shopkeepers Backlashed the man

The situation escalated when the shopkeepers intervened and bashed the man for his inappropriate behavior via wearing bra in front of women and families in the market.

A video of the confrontation shows a shopkeeper grabbing the man, slapping him, and shouting expletives while the individual pleaded to be let go.

Filming the Similar Videos

After witnessing the backlash the man identified himself to a social media influencer and admitted to filming the similar videos in past. However, his actions were deemed offensive by the locals, who reportedly warned him against repeating such behavior in public. No official police complaint has been lodged regarding the incident. Dhanush the South Indian Superstar has made headlines with his legal dispute with actress Nayantara for her new documentary on Netflix Nayantara: Beyond the fairytale, where she has disclosed about her life on personal and professional basis. However, her documentary got her into legal trouble when she included a behind-the-scenes clip from a film produced by Dhanush.

Recenlty the actors had an awkward encounter with each other in a producers wedding. Both Nayantara and Dhanush had attended the wedding of producer Aakash Baskaran. Despite being sitting in same row, both of them made no efforts to talk to each other. This marked their first public appearance since Nayanthara’s open letter criticizing Dhanush.

The Awkward encounter

The Producer Aakash Baskaran is dear friends with actress Nayantara and her husband Vignesh Sivan and he is also working with Dhanush on their new film idly Kadai. Dhanush has only focused on wedding, whereas Nayantara was interacting with other guests avoiding direct contact with Dhanush.

Dhanush’s legal team has also warned Netflix to remove the content withing 24 hours 

The legal clash between them escalated after Dhanush issued a demand for Rs. 10 crore in damages, citing copyright infringement for the unauthorized use of the BTS clip in Nayanthara’s documentary.

“Advice your client to take down the content infringing my client’s copyright over the film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan by using the same in your client’s documentary named Nayanthara Beyond the Fairytale within 24 hours, failing which my client will be forced to initiate appropriate legal action, including but not limited to seeking damages to a sum of Rs. 10 crores against your client and Netflix India.”

“My client is the producer of the film and they know where they have spent each penny for the production of the film. Your client has stated that my client has not commissioned any person to shoot the behind-the-scenes footage and the said statement is baseless. Your client is put to strict proof of the same.”

Dhanush’s legal team and lawyer has issued a formal statement after the actress accused him of suing of Rs. 10 Crores after refusing to sign the no-objection certificate (NOC) required to use content from their film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan in her Netflix documentary, Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairytale.

The actress mentioned that two year’s delay has only affected her but it impacted on the whole team which was behind the documentary revealed that they had to settle for an edited version of the documentary, omitting key moments from Naanum Rowdy Dhaan due to Dhanush’s refusal to grant permission.

Dhanush’s Legal Team Responds with a Warning

Responding to this, Dhanush’s team has issued a statement where they are requesting Netflix to remove that three-second clip from the documentary within 24 hours. The team emphasized that the clip is violating their clients copyright of the film.

“Advice your client to take down the content infringing my client’s copyright over the film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan by using the same in your client’s documentary named Nayanthara Beyond the Fairytale within 24 hours, failing which my client will be forced to initiate appropriate legal action, including but not limited to seeking damages to a sum of Rs. 10 crores against your client and Netflix India.”

Dhanush’s legal team dismisses Nayantara’s claims

Earlier Nayantara had claimed that the three-second clip which was used in documentary was shot in personal phone. However, Dhanush’s lawyer dismissed the claims and said that as the producer of the movie, Dhanush knows where his funds were allocated during the shoot.

The actress has also shared an incident where she won Filmfare award for her movie ‘Nannum Rowdy Dhaan’ in 2016. she apologized to Dhanush for not meeting his expectations in Naanum Rowdy Dhaan. During the Filmfare speech, Nayanthara revealed that Dhanush, as the producer, had been unhappy with her performance in the film, prompting her apology.

“It’s okay; it’s okay to cry. Music is an emotion; it has a smile, it has a dance, it fights, it has a fall, it cries. I have also cried a lot listening to music. Only those who have emotions can cry. I got you, I got you, don’t you worry about that. These girls—no one can stop them. They are independent; not only men but women earn, too. They earn and can enjoy themselves”

He also added,

“Inna da apmaan karrahe ho, tussi desh di beti da apmaan karrae ho, main tenu das diya gal (You are insulting her, you are insulting the daughter of the country, I’m telling you)”

Jawaan actress Nayantara has openly and publicly criticised Dhanush for reportedly suing of Rs. 10 Crores after refusing to sign the no-objection certificate (NOC) required to use content from their film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan in her Netflix documentary, Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairytale.

Nayantara shared her frustration through her Instagram post which shows the detailed information about the delay caused by Dhanush’s refusal to issue the NOC (No objection Certificate).Despite removing the film’s material, Dhanush’s production company filed a lawsuit over a three-second behind-the-scenes clip used in the documentary.

After passengers control, the food sample from the the Tirunelveli-Chennai Egmore Vande Bharat Express was found to be contaminated. IRCTC responds to it and fined the contractor for Rs. 50000.  Brindavan Food Products, and further action is being pursued. दरअसल, आज यानी शनिवार को जलगांव जिले में विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए महायुति के प्रचार के लिए गोविंदा आए थे। इस दौरान बेहद शानदार तरह से एक्टर का स्वागत किया गया। इसके बाद रोड शो शुरू हुआ और इसके कुछ देर बाद ही गोविंदा की तबीयत बिगड़ने लगी। अचानक से एक्टर के सीने में दर्द होने लगा और इसके बाद उनके पैर में भी दर्द शुरू हो गया। एक्टर की हालत ज्यादा खराब हुई तो उन्होंने इस रोड शो को बीच में ही छोड़ दिया और वो मुंबई के लिए निकल गए।
