The biopic on PM Narendra Modi which was slated to release on April 5 will now hit the theatres on April 11.
According to reports, the makers of the film were expecting to receive the Censor certificate on April 3 but was denied for the same.
The CBFC has asked for four cuts and director Omung Kumar and producer Sandip Ssingh had made the changes so far. However, the makers have not received any official letter from the Censor Board and the verbal orders are invalid, hence the film got postponed.

Actor Vivek Oberoi who will be seen playing the role of Modi in the film has announced the new release date of the film.

PM Narendra Modi will chronicle the journey of Narendra Damodardas Modi from his humble beginning to years as the Gujarat Chief Minister to the landmark win in the 2014 general elections, and finally becoming the Prime Minister.
The film also features Darshan Kumaar, Boman Irani, Manoj Joshi, Prashant Narayanan, Zarina Wahab, Barkha Bisht Sengupta, Anjan Shrivastav, Yatin Karyekar, Rajendra Gupta and Akshat R Saluja in pivotal roles.
