Rani Mukherji’s brother-in-law Uday Chopra sell his Hollywood villa in Rs 25 crore!

Recently, there were news doing the rounds that bollywood actress Rani Mukherji’s brother-in-law Uday Chopra has put up his villa at Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, for sale.

And now, if reports of bhaskar.com is to be believed, the actor’s villa is finally sold out. As reported by Los Angeles Times, the villa was purchased by Chopra from a corporate entity two years ago, and it had cost him $3.025 million at that time.

And now, the actor sold out the villa at a whopping amount of $3.799 million (Rs 25.3 crore). However, the exact reason for selling the villa is not known yet.

The villa has two storeys. It has a landscaped courtyard and an open floor plan. The villa is refurbished with wooden windows. It has a step-down living room, a center-island kitchen, and a seating area. It has glass walls which look out into a pool and it also has vine-draped walls.

The villa also flaunts a grill, a fireplace, and a private lounge. The master bedroom is magnificent, designed with wooden-beamed ceilings and chandeliers. It opens into a balcony.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Uday was last seen in 2013 as Ali in the third installment of the Dhoom franchise which also starred Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Katrina Kaif.

In 2014 Chopra produced two films. Grace of Monaco was the biography film about Grace Kelly starring Nicole Kidman in the leading role. He produced the Hollywood film The Longest Week, a comedy-drama starring Olivia Wilde and Jason Bateman. It is the first project of Yash Raj Film’s subsidiary Hollywood production house YRF Entertainment.
