Remember ‘Ek Veer Ki Ardaas Veera’ actress Harshita Ojha, here’s how she looks now!

Remember child artist Harshita Ojha who played little Veera in serial – ‘Veera – Ek Veer Ki Ardaas’? The girl made her acting debut at the age of 5, garnered lot of love from people for her character.

However, Harshita doesn’t want to take up acting as her career. In fact, she wants to see herself as an established singer in future.

Recently, while talking to dailybhaskar.com, Harshita Ojha said, “I started my journey in television industry at the very early age of 5. I shot to fame for playing the role of Veera. However, I don’t want to see myself as an actress in future. Currently, I am learning swimming, kathak dance and singing. So, in future, I want to see myself as a multi-tasker. Also, I love singing a lot. So, I wouldn’t mind seeing myself as an established singer in our industry (laughs). In fact, I want to become a great singer like Shreya Ghosal.  I am fond of acting also but I do not wish to make my career in it (smiles).”

Harshita is quite famous in Indonesia, people recognize her as Veera. Shedding more light on it, Harshita adds, “Just few months back, I was in Indonesia for three months. There, I did a show titled – Malaikat Kecil Dari India which meant angels of India. I had the best moments in Indonesia. Surprisingly, there were so many fans of our serial – Veera. They were so fond of me. In fact, I did not spend a single day there without gifts. The production team there was too supportive. Initially, it was little difficult to adjust because of the language difference. But later on, it was great fun with the local people. I am really missing those days.”

Harshita is currently studying in 5th standard at Children Academy School, Kandivali.

Apart from Veera, Harshita has been part of shows like Tamanna, Savdhaan India and Beintehaa.

Her father, Sanjay Ojha is a financial planner. While, her mother, Reema Ojha is a housewife. She has a younger brother, Harshit Ojha.
