Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor left for the heavenly abode on April 30. The entire nation is mourning the death of this legendary actor.

Rishi Kapoor breathed his last at H N Reliance hospital in south Mumbai, after a two year long battle with leukaemia.

Ever since his demise, lot of throwback picture of the actor has been making the rounds on the internet. Now, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu’s wedding invite has gone viral on social media.

The invite reads, “Mr. and Mrs Raj Kapoor request the pleasure of your company on the auspicious occasion of the marriage reception of their son  RISHI (Grandson of Late Mr and Mrs Prithviraj Kapoor with NEETU (Daughter of Mrs Rajee Singh) on Wednesday 23rd January 1980. Between 6-30 PM and 9-00 PM at R.K. Studios, Chembur, Bombay 400071.”

Rishi and Neetu Kapoor were married for 40 years. They tied the knot on January 22, 1980.

Rishi returned to India last September after undergoing treatment for cancer in the US for almost a year. In February, Kapoor was hospitalised twice due to his health issues.

He was first admitted to a hospital in Delhi where he was attending a family function. At the time, Kapoor had said that he was suffering from an “infection”.
