Veteran actor Vinod Khanna who breathed his last on 27 April, 2017. The ailing actor had been hospitalised for a brief period, and generally had not been keeping well for a long time.
The last rites of Bollywood’s veteran actor was performed at Worli crematorium in Mumbai where Bollywood bid tearful adieu to the superstar.
Several Bollywood celebrities to express their shock and sadness on Twitter, but not many attended his funeral. And, Rishi Kapoor, who was the actor’s Amar Akbar Anthony co-star, is deeply upset with this.
He slammed actors of “this generation” for not attending Vinod Khanna’s last rites in a series of tweets.

Twitteratti began pointing out that Rishi’s son Ranbir Kapoor was not present at Vinod Khanna’s funeral either. Rishi clarified in another tweet, “Yes it has been expressed earlier on social media my wife and Ranbir are out of the country. Would never had been reason not to be there.”

He also hit out at the B-Towners who attended Priyanka Chopra’s bash on Wednesday night, but failed to turn up at the funeral on Thursday evening.
