Bollywood actor Sahil Khan who made his debut from the movie Style has recently files a defamation case against three people including two women for allegedly sharing his morphed pictures on social media along with obscene comments.
The Goregaon police have registered an FIR against the holders of the three Instagram accounts and charged them with defamation and sections of the IT Act pertaining to transmitting and publishing obscene material on social media.

As per the actor’s complaint, Jabir Ahmed, J K Petty and Karandhir had posted his morphed pictures along with objectionable messages.
As per Khan’s complaint, between May 23 and June 9, one of the women first posted an obscene photo of Khan on her Instagram account and posted a nasty caption that included abuses and sexist comments.
Similarly, another woman and a man did the same on their accounts. The man also insinuated that Khan is involved in prostitution.
“Three people are making several objectionable comments against me. Initially, I ignored it thinking that it would stop in a day or two. However, the abuses continued for several days. So, I approached the police and lodged an FIR,” said Khan.

“We are probing the matter and will take appropriate action against the account holders,” said a police officer.
Meanwhile, the case has been registered against three under non-bailable sections of the IT Act, 2000 (67 and 67A) along with IPC sections 500 (defamation) and 34 (common intention.
