Salman Khan to pay Rs 55 crore to distributors of ‘Tubelight’ to overcome the losses!

As we all know that Salman Khan starrer ‘Tubelight’ unfortunately failed at the box office and the makers are facing its implications.


 It was touted to be of the biggest release of 2017. Tubelight might have touched the golden figure of Rs 100 crore, but distributors who had high expectations from Salman Khan’s Eid release are left disappointed. And, now they are asking for their money back and that has shocked many of the fans.

If reports of Bollywoodlife.com to be believed, Salim Khan is ready to take this generous step of returning the money to the distributors.

As per the reports in the entertainment portal, a source told, “Distributors will meet Salim Khan today to discuss the matter. Salim saab and Salman are contemplating returning nearly Rs 50-55 crore to them so that they don’t bear the brunt much.”

Who knew that the Khan family would take it upon themselves to this extent? But yes! They have taken up the responsibility and we admire this gesture to the core.

Meanwhile, Salman is currently busy in shooting of his upcoming film Tiger Zinda Hai.
