Bollywood actor Salman Khan is facing tough time of his life. The actor has sentenced to five years imprisonment for killing two blackbucks in Kankani village, near Jodhpur, during the shooting of “Hum Saath Saath Hain” in 1998.
The actor has spent two nights in Jodhpur Central Jail amid tight security. Besides a five-year jail term, Salman was imposed a fine of Rs 10,000.
Salman Khan’s bail plea hearing is over in the Jodhpur District and Sessions Court and the order is likely to be out after lunch around 2 pm.

Salman Khan’s sister Alvira, Arpita and his bodyguard Shera were also present in the courtroom during the hearing. As soon as Alvira reached the courtroom, she become so emotional that she started crying badly and fainted during court hearing.
Seeing Alvira in such a way, it was also difficult for Arpita to handle than Salman’s bodyguard Shera pulled Alvira out from the courtroom.
Let us tell you that Alvira and Arpita are quite close to Salman’s heart and they are standing like a pillar in these tough times for Salman.
Even when Jodhpur court sentenced Salman to 5 years jail, they both started crying badly.
Salman Khan is accused of killing two blackbucks on October 2, 1998 in Kankani village in Jodhpur while shooting Hum Saath Saath Hain. Salman’s co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, and Tabu, who were also shooting for the film, are the co-accused in the case. A local named Dushyant Singh, who was also an accused, has been acquitted as well.
He was charged under Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and others under Section 51 read with Section 149 (unlawful assembly) of the Indian Penal Code.
