Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat which was heavily protested by Rajput Karni Sena has been finally released in Madhya Pradesh.
According to bhaskar.com, the film is screened at 4 multiplexes in Bhopal. All shows have been kept after 5 pm. Tickets are also being booked at BookMyShow.
The malls which screened movies are Aashima, DB Mall, C21 and Aura.
On the first day (Feburary 10) of the film’s release in Bhopal, total 15 shows will be shown in 4 malls. All shows will start after 5 pm. The last show will be shown at 10:50 pm.

The film was not released in 4 states including Madhya Pradesh following heavy protest by Rajput Karni Sena and other fringe groups.
The film hit the theatres on January 25 amid various protests and has since crossed Rs. 250 crore mark at the box office.
The magnum opus, based on 16th century poet Malik Muhammad Jayasi’s Padmavat, stars Deepika Padukone as Rani Padmavati, Ranveer Singh as Alauddin Khilji and Shahid Kapoor as Maharawal Ratan Singh.
