Though the sequel is currently in post-production, according to reports, superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been roped in for a grand cameo.

Karan Johar who came on board as a presenter for the part one, continues to support the SS Rajamouli’s sequel. Thus it will be quite interesting to see Karan’s good friend and Bollywood’s superstar SRK doing a special appearance in the film.

However, the makers are yet to make an official confirmation.

According to the reports,  makers have signed Khan for a special appearance in the sequel to “Baahubali: The Beginning”. Khan has given various memorable cameos in the films like “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil”, “Saathiya” and “Bhootnath returns”.

On the same, a source has been quoted by a publication saying, “The makers had approached South actors like Suriya and Mohanlal for a cameo in the Telugu film, which will be dubbed and released in Tamil and Hindi. But now it will be Shah Rukh who plays the character of a mediator between protagonist Prabhas and villain Rana Daggubati. It is an interesting sequence in the narrative.”

Interestingly, it’s for the first time in a career spanning nearly three decades, Shah Rukh will dub for a role in three languages.

Starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sathyaraj and Nasser in the lead roles, the film is slated to release on April 28.
