Popular television actress Toral Rasputra who is known for her role of Anandi in Balika Vadhu has ended her 5-year long marriage.
According to Bombay Times, Toral got married to a businessman by the name of Dhaval in 2012 and just when things seemed all right, compatibility issues crept up.
With time the cracks in their relationship deepened and eventually the couple realised that they had reached point of no return. In 2015, Toral moved out of her marital home and started living with her parents. Over the next couple of years, Toral and Dhaval mutually decided to part ways legally.
[ecp code=”4″]The reports also stated that their divorce came through a few months ago. A source close to them told the newspaper, “What started as basic differences snowballed into major issues. All attempts to resolve their differences failed and rather than staying together and dragging the marriage on, Toral and Dhaval decided to move on and file for divorce.”
Toral also confirmed this news and said, “Yes we are divorced but it’s been amicable. Despite trying our best, our marriage didn’t work out. Things don’t always turn out the way we expect. All said and done, luckily we are happy and peaceful now.”
Meanwhile, Toral is currently doing the TV serial, Mere Sai. Apart from this, she has appeared in shows like Jhalak Dikhla Jaa’ , ‘Comedy Nights Bachao – season 2’ , ‘Comedy Nights Live’ and ‘Sasural Simar Ka’.
