Sonali Bendre’s co-judge Vivek Oberoi opens up on her cancer, says she was in pain while shooting the show!

Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre has been diagnosed with high grade cancer. The actress herself revealed about this tragic news on her Instagram account. She is currently in New York undergoing treatment there.

The news about her health led a slew of film fraternity members. Recently, the actress had stepped down from hosting a reality TV show ‘India’s Best Dramebaaz’ after the telecast of the first episode. She was judging the show along with Vivek Oberoi and Omung Kumar. And now, actress Huma Qureshi have stepped into her shoes.

Well now, Sonali’s co-judge Vivek Oberoi has revealed that the actress was in pain while shooting for the show.

“Sonali is a good friend of mine and her husband Goldie Behl was my classmate in school. This time around when we shooting for India’s Best Dramebaaz show, Sonali used to complain about suffering from pain in body and hands,” Vivek revealed.

The actor revealed that after he told her to get a complete check-up done and undergo medical treatment. Soon afterwards, it came to light that she is suffering from cancer. “I am in constant touch with the actress as well as her husband through messages”, added Vivek.

“She is a very brave a courageous woman and I am sure she will fight it out and win the battle. She will come out as a winner and stay fit”, he said.

Well, Sonali is fighting out cancer with a smile. She recently wrote an emotional post on how her son reacted after knowing about her cancer. Few days ago, the actress bids goodbye to her long tresses. She has also opened up about battling cancer and thanks for the all the overwhelming support that has been pouring in.
