Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam who is currently in Nepal for a concert in Pokhara, has been admitted to Norvic Hospital in Kathmandu after he complained of acute back pain.
“He is admitted in the VIP lounge of the hospital and is being diagnosed for acute back pain. MRI is done and we are waiting for reports which will clear the further way for his treatment,” RP Mainali, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Communication from the hospital confirmed.

Earlier also, Sonu Nigam had been hospitalised for a sea-food allergy. Sonu was eating dinner at the city’s Bandra Kurla Complex when the incident took place.
Sonu, who has crooned some of the most popular Hindi songs including Suraj Hua Maddham, Abhi Mujhme Kahin, Kal Ho Naa Ho title track, Do Pal, Sun Zara and Sapna Jahan, recently featured in an episode of MTV Unplugged Season 8.
