TV celebs and family paid last tribute to Rita Bhaduri at her funeral, see pics

Veteran bollywood actress Rita Bhaduri who has appeared in many television shows and films has recently passes away on Monday after fighting kidney-related ailment for last few days. She was 62.

The actress was admitted at an ICU for the past 10 days in Mumbai and had to go for dialysis every alternate day.

Meanwhile, the actress funeral took place at the Cremation Ground, Parsi Wada Road, Parshiwada, Chakala, Andheri East, where family and celebrities from the television world were seen in attendance.

May God – The Almighty bless her soul and let her soul rest in peace in her heavenly abode. I knew her since we were in school as school mates in St.Thomas High School Goregaon she was a very brilliant student as well n one year senior to me in school she even worked in one of serial for which I was the PRO her untimely demise has come like a big blow to me. Talking to SpotboyE.com, her niece Mini said, “Ritaji had developed several complications. Her kidneys had failed since some time and more recently, she had a spine surgery done. After that, she developed many complications and her other internal organs started deteriorating. The last one month was tough.”

Rita Bhaduri has worked in over 20 TV shows, which includes Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, Amanat, Kumkum, Ek Nayi Pehchaan, Amanat, Ek Mahal Ho Sapnon Ka etc. Her films credit included Hero No 1, Virasat, Raja, Julie, Beta, Dil Vil Pyar Vyar and many other films.

Currently, she was seen playing the role of Imarti Devi in Nimki Mukhiya.
