The high energetic Bollywood star Ranveer Singh is at it again with his witty antics and this time, he’s chasing the “Rustom” actress Ileana D’Cruz in a funny clip posted on his Instagram handle. The clip shows Ranveer running madly behind Ileana with the song Hawa Hawa, and in the end, she punches and pushes him off.
Before you begin thinking that Ranveer has broken up with girlfriend Deepika Padukone and wants to be Ileana’s boyfriend, we want to tell you that it is only for the promotion of “Mubarakan”. Ranveer’s close buddy Arjun Kapoor is busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Mubarakan, and now the “Dil Dhadakne Do” actor is playing a good friend and doing his bit to promote it.

In the promotion video Ranveer is chasing Ileana D’Cruz, who stars in the Mubarakan song, and is requesting her to be his girlfriend. Ranveer shared the video saying, Hawa Tight!!!! #HawaHawa #Mubarakan @arjunk26 @Ileana_Official @AnilKapoor @theathiyashetty.”

Arjun had spoken about this in a recent interview saying, “We’ve chosen Hawa Hawa according to the situation. It’s a song we have all grown up dancing to, enjoying ourselves. It’s a very celebratory song, our film is also a celebratory film.The song turned out to be really well. Full credit goes to Bhushan Kumar sir, he managed to find Mika’s voice that is something that gives it a new twist and a lift to the song and it creates more energy that you could add to a song.”
Mubarakan has been directed by Anees Bazmee. The film also stars Athiya Shetty and Anil Kapoor in lead roles. In the film, Arjun Kapoor plays a double role (Karan and Charan). Anil Kapoor features as his onscreen uncle, Kartar Singh.
This is the first time Anil Kapoor has collaborated with his nephew Arjun Kapoor. “Mubarakan” is scheduled to release in theatres on July 28.
