Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor passed away in Mumbai on Thursday after a long battle with cancer. He was 67.
The actor breathed his last at Mumbai’s Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital.
Well now, according to latest reports, the actor’s last rites will be performed at Chandanwadi Crematorium in Kalbadevi, Mumbai. And the family will leave for the funeral anytime now.

The actor’s death has left the entire nation in shock. Many of his co-stars, actors, and fans have expressed their sadness and also extended their heartfelt condolences to the grieving family through social media.
The actor returned to India last September after undergoing treatment for cancer in the US for almost a year. In February, Kapoor was hospitalised twice due to his health issues.

He was first admitted to a hospital in Delhi where he was attending a family function. At the time, Kapoor had said that he was suffering from an “infection”.
The actor is survived by his wife Neetu Kapoor, son Ranbir and daughter Riddhima.
