On Tuesday, as Amrita reached the court with Tahira, the latter approached the court of civil judge Ramesh Singh to dismiss her brother’s case. She had been fighting the legal battle with her brother Madhusudan, who died of cancer recently. She requested the court that since her brother was no more, the case should be dismissed.

As there was nobody to challenge the decision, Amrita and Tahira won the legal battle. Now, the next step is to approach the district magistrate court to complete the formalities of transferring the property to Tahira and Amrita’s name.
