9. Amjad Khan

Bollywood’s Gabar passed away in 1992 and a lot of his films released after he was gone. These included Rudaali, Do Funtoosh, Aatank and Sautela Bhai.

10. Madhubala

One of Bollywood’s most iconic female stars only lived till the age of 36, leaving behind an array of unfinished projects, one of which was her anticipated directorial debut called Farz Aur Ishq. Her last film ‘Jwala’ released in 1971.

11. Shammi Kapoor

The veteran actor Shammi Kapoor was last seen in Imtiaz Ali’s musical drama Rockstar which released months after his death.

12. Sanjeev Kumar

More than 10 of the actor’s films were released after his death in 1985. The last of these, Professor Ki Padosan, co-starring Asha Parekh and Padmini Kolhapure was released in 1993.
