Who would have guessed that the British model-actress Katrina Kaif would have done two Telugu films, and a Malayali one too? She appeared in the Telugu film “Malleswari” (2004) with Daggubati Venkatesh. followed with a small part in her second Telugu film, “Allari Pidugu”. Kaif also appeared with Mammootty in the Malayalam crime thriller “Balram vs. Tharadas”.

Born as a South Indian, this Miss World made a big impact on both Bollywood and Hollywood with her charm and talent. She made her acting debut in 1997 with Mani Ratnam’s Tamil film “Iruvar” in which she played double role. Her 1998 film, “Jeans”, was dubbed in Hindi as well as Telugu. She also featured in other Tamil films after, like, “Kandukondain Kandukondain”, “Raavanan”, and “Enthiran”.
