After song ‘Ishq Di Baajiyaan’, now the makers has released Soorma Anthem from the film. The song is an electrifying number and showcases hockey player Sandeep Singh’s hardships and determination.
This song has been voiced by Shankar Mahadevan and penned by none other than Gulzar.
The movie narrates the inspiring story of the hockey player Sandeep Singh, who was paralysed and used a wheelchair for two years after an accidental gunshot injured him in 2006. But he not just recovered, but also established himself as a sporting legend, all over again.

The film also stars Angad Bedi as Diljit’s onscreen brother and trainer. Produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions, Chitrangda Singh and Deepak Singh, Soorma is written and directed by Shaad Ali.
The film is slated to hit theatres on July 13th 2018.
