Pratyusha Banerjee who was popularly known for her lead role of Anandi in Balika Vadhu. The actress committed suicide on 1 April 2016 by hanging from the fan at her Mumbai home. It is believed that the cause of death is depression over her relationship with boyfriend, producer Rahul Raj Singh.

4. Razak Khan
Razak Khan was popular Bollywood actor and comedian, who has died died on 1 June 2016 following a heart attack. He was rushed to Holy Family hospital in Bandra, where doctors declared him dead on arrival. Khan has acted in more than 90 films and was noted for supporting and comic roles.
