Today, the world is celebrating International Yoga Day and our Bollywood celebrities are not behind either. To stay fit and fine, our Bollywood celebs also adopt yoga. They do yoga regularly, making the body fit and healthy lives.

International Yoga Day 2019 On International Yoga Day, here’s looking at Bollywood celebrities who are showcasing their best yoga skills.

Shilpa Shetty is a known fitness enthusiast who has always endorsed yoga took to her Instagram to post a video of her enjoying a yoga session at the Gateway of India in Mumbai and performed Yoga with thousands of people. She also launched her yoga app ahead of International Yoga Day. 

She posted the video with the caption, “Time: 7 am Where: Gateway of India. What a huge turnout, No better way to celebrate #internationalyogaday than practicing it with the CISF, CRPF and NCC cadets and officials. The high pointwe continued with the session notwithstanding the Rain. A true celebration. Happy international Yoga day instafam. Start today, if you haven’t already.”

Anupam Kher took to Twitter to post pictures of him practicing yoga with his Yoga teacher. He posted the pictures with the caption, “Happy #InternationalYogaDay to you all. Let your whole body breathe. Says my yoga teacher #ManglaDuggalJi.”

Bipasha Basu shared this video of herself doing yogasan on Instagram. The actress is known for her svelte figure, loves the Yoga to get in shape. She captioned the pics as, “Happy #internationalyogaday. Loved what @sadhguru said- Yoga is not just about twisting and turning… it’s about existing in union with the rest of the creation. Have a wonderful practice. Have a wonderful day.”

Malaika Arora who is an ardent follower of Yoga took to Instagram and wrote, “I am so humbled and grateful to be a part of two amazing businesses that is making a difference in people’s lives through yoga and mindfulness where I also don the hat of a co founder along with my partner @sarvesh_Shashi. On this occasion of International Yoga day, I only have one request to everybody – Make Yoga, Fitness, mindfulness and wellness into a lifestyle and not just a one hour practice! India is the birth place of yoga. Let’s be proud about this beautiful practice and it’s benefits. Happy International day of Yoga to all. Lots of love, lots of light and lots of happiness to everybody! A quick yoga exercise: Close your eyes, Take a deep breath in, hold for 10 seconds and gently breathe out( breathe with your nostrils ). 😊 Tell me how did you just feel?”
