Rani Lakshmibai was a fierce warrior and turned out to be one of the leading figures of the first war of independence of 1857.
Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, the film will star Kangana Ranaut as a Rani Lakshmibai, Ankita Lokhande as a Maratha soldier Jhalkarbai while Atul Kulkarni will be seen as Tatya Tope.
The release date of the film is yet to be announced.
