Luka Chuppi review
Story of the movie:
Set in Mathura, the movie revolves around Guddu (Kartik Aaryan), a reporter of a news channel and Rashmi (Kriti Sanon), an aspiring journalist, who gets the job in the same news channel. Rashmi’s father (Vinay Pathak) is a politician who is against the live-in culture and blatantly oppose it publicly. The duo fall in love with each other. Guddu, in a heated argument, challenges his elder brother that he will marry first and proposes Rashmi. Rashmi decides to live-in with Guddu in order to know him better. There start the difficulties and how they keep lying about their relationship status till the end, is what the rest of the story is all about.
Star Performance:
Kartik Aaryan’s performance will keep you glued to the screen while Kriti Sanon too brought the charm. Aparshakti Khurana is impressive as Abbas, Guddu’s best friend and cameraperson. While, others have done justice to their roles.

Music Direction:
The film’s music is okay. All the songs are recreated in the film.
Direction:
The film’s direction is good. Laxman Utekar does a more than efficient job overseeing the cinematography of the film, but the script of the film could be even better. The small town humour is also spot on and some of the gags manage to get you rolling on the floor laughing.
Watch Or Not:
‘Luka Chuppi’ is a fun ride, you can watch it once.
