Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty’s wife Yogita Bali and son Mahaakshahy aka Mimoh Chakraborty has been accused of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent.
An FIR has been filed by a Bhojpuri actress at Begumpur police station in Delhi. The actress had filed a complaint against the mother-son duo, alleging that Mahaakshay got into a physical relationship with her, making false promises of marrying her in future.
Owing to this complaint, a Delhi court granted anticipatory bail to Yogita Bali and Mimoh in the case and the scheduled marriage of the actor has cancelled after the arrival of a police to investigate and the bride Madalsa Sharma’s family left the place.
But now if reports are to be believed, Mimoh and Madalsa are already married! According to BT reports, the couple registered their marriage as scheduled and will get hitched traditionally today.

A source close to the groom told the daily, “The couple and their families had a small celebration on July 7, after Mimoh secured bail. In fact, Mimoh and Madalsa’s marriage was registered on the same day, and a traditional wedding will take place today. A sangeet ceremony took place yesterday (Monday). The guest list was considerably shortened after the complaint.”
The wedding will be held at Mithun Chakraborty’s hotel in Ooty.
Last week, the Bombay High Court had refused to grant any interim relief from arrest to Bali and Mahaakshay. After the duo moved the Delhi court, Special Judge Ashutosh Kumar today granted the relief to Bali and Mahaakshay saying they have deep roots in society and are not likely to abscond.
The order to file the FIR was given by Rohini court on July 2. The actress has also claimed that she has been in a relationship with Mahaakshay since the year 2015. The woman alleged that when she became pregnant, Mahaakshay had given her some medicine which led to an abortion.
Mimoh made his bollywood debut from the film ‘Jimmy’. Later, he appeared in Vikram Bhatt’s Haunted – 3D, Loot and Enemmy.
While, Madalsa is the daughter of Sheela Sharma, who featured in character roles in films including Hum Saath-Saath Hain and Chori Chori Chupke Chupke.
