Shivangi Joshi became a household name with her performance as Naira in the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is currently going through a tough time as she lost her grandfather on May 18 (Monday).
The actress wrote on her Insta story, “Unfortunate to lose my grandfather yesterday, may he smile and look upon us from the sky.”

Yesterday happened to be the actress’ birthday and she had planned to go live to thank her fans for sending her birthday wishes, but she had to cancel it because of this unfortunate news.
