Finally, the much-awaited Hindi trailer of The Lion King is out. Disney India has released the trailer with Shah Rukh Khan as the voice of Mufasa.
The trailer features the voiceover of Shah Rukh Khan as Mufasa telling his cub Simba to remember that he is the true King.
“Simba main hamesha tumhare saath hoon aur hamesha tumhare saath rahunga. Bas yaad rakhna tum kaun ho. Ek sachcha raja!” Shah Rukh says as shots from the film play on the screen.
SRK’s elder son Aryan Khan will lend his voice to the primary character Simba.
Apart from SRK and his son Aryan, the Hindi dubbed version also features voiceovers by veteran actor and comic, Asrani as Zazu, Ashish Vidyarthi as Scar, Sanjay Mishra as Pumba and Shreyas Talpade as Timon.
The ‘The Lion King’ will see the adaptation of the cult-classic 1994 animated film of the same name in live-action.
Directed by The Jungle Book fame director Jon Favreau, the film will release in India on July 19.
