Recently, the much-awaited song Teri Meri Kahani sung by of Ranu Mondal and Himesh Reshammiya is out.
During the launch event of the song, singer Himesh Reshammiya has said netizens have misunderstood Lata Mangeshkar’s views on Ranu Mondal, adding that it is important for an artiste to draw inspiration from someone.
At the event, while talking to media, Himesh broke down while talking about Rano and her journey.
Himesh Reshammiya breaks down
He goes on to speak about Rano, and how it’s essential to laud great talent. While his wife Sonia goes on to wipe his tears, Himesh goes on to add, “Sab katputli hai hum log, sab kuch upar wala karta hai.”
During the event, Rano goes on to say that she’s extremely happy with how things have changed in her life. She says, “Mujhe yaha aake bahut khushi mili hain, inki wajah se.”

Ranu also opened on her journey and said, “This was the first time that someone trained me. I don’t know the technicalities of singing. Himesh ji treated me like a family member and gave me my life’s biggest opportunity. I cannot thank God enough for making me live a dream. I come from a broken family and have never seen so much love. And now that people are showering me with so much love, I could not be happier. Never in my wildest imagination did I think I would get a chance to be on such a big platform, or even sing in a Bollywood movie.”
