Bollywood actor Salman Khan has recently acquitted by the Vadgaon Maval court in the case registered against him by Bigg Boss 11 contestant Zubair Khan.
A private complaint was reportedly filed by the ex-contestant against Salman in 2017. In his complaint, he mentioned that Salman threatened him saying that he will never let Zubair find any work after his exit from the house also stated that Salman said – ‘I will make you a dog and I will see you after you leave the show.’
The case was also registered against Endemolshine India and Mumbai Viacom 18 Media Private Ltd, which as per Zubair Khan, spoilt his image on national television.
Salman Khan acquitted in case of threat
Zubair was in a contract with Viacom 18 for Bigg Boss and had provided requisite information to TV channels Colors, Endemolshine and Viacom 18 before entering the BB house. Furthermore, he went on to accuse the makers of using his data in order to falsify things and produce him as a goon for the sake of Television Rating Point i.e TRP.
The producer further mentioned about the threats he began getting from the underworld don Dawood Ibrahim for negative publicity which the makers of the show promised would not happen.
Zubair claimed that this caused him to slip into depression and caused him to take a large quantity dose of the pills prescribed to him while he was inside the Bigg Boss house. He further added that this led to him being taken to the hospital and admitted at a medical facility by the makers and apparently are also involved to cover up their negligence.

According to Slaman Kan’s advocate, In April 2019 Zubair Khan applied to withdraw the case filed in the Judicial Magistrate First Class Court in Vadgoan Maval, as he does not want to escalate the matter. The court found that the application has been made voluntarily and also noticed that the sessions court has granted stay on the matter. Therefore, the court disposed the complaint filed by Zubair and acquitted Salman.
