The trailer of Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s web series ‘Inside Edge’ official trailer is out. The trailer revolves around the dark side of cricket world including match fixing and sports politics as well as involvement of entertainment industry.
It shows a team of cricket players ‘Mumbai Mavericks’ owned by actress Richa Chadha, where she plays an actress-turned-entrepreneur. The T20 team is a franchise playing for Powerplay League.
The show revolves around the game behind the game, which involves sex, scandal, greed and glamour sans cricket.

The web series features Richa Chadha, Angad Bedi,Amit Sial, Tanuj Virwani, Siddhanth Chaturvedi, Vivek Oberoi, Sayoni Gupta, Sarah Jane Dias, and Sanjay Suri among others.
The makers of the show Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani at the launch of the series promo said it is fictional and has nothing to do with any individual from the real life.
Directed by Karan Anshuman, the web series can be watched on July 10 on Amazon Prime Video.
