Molestation case registered against Tanushree Dutta’s lawyer Nitin Satpute

Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta who kick-started the MeToo movement in India has often remains in the limelight for her bold statements.

The actress often takes strong stand against women harassment, a molestation case has been filed against her lawyer Nitin Satpute.

The complainant is also an advocate. The case against Satpute has been registered under Section 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

According to a report in ANI, the case against Nitin has been registered at the Kherwadi police station in Mumbai. The case is still developing and further details about it are yet to be revealed.

For the uninitiated, Advocate Nitin Satpute is fighting Tanushree’s harassment case against Nana Patekar.

In the wake of the MeToo movement, Tanushree had accused Nana Patekar of sexual harassment in 2018.
